
The products used by the customer and within the warranty period the following conditions apply:
- Any return of products under warranty must be made to the following address:

- Just admit costs transporting shipments of RMA which are handled by us and our transportation agencies usual, did not accept postage due packages to other companies without first agreeing with us.
- All material must be accompanied by their original packaging, the purchase invoice (MANDATORY, without the invoice will not process any order) and a detailed description of the failure.
- The products showing any symptoms of poor or incorrect handling, are not covered by warranty.
- The manipulation, breakage or absence of the seal of guarantee involves the automatic annulment of the same.
- The material is found damaged will be repaired or replaced in his absence by a new one and sent at no cost to the customer. In NO EVENT WILL BE PAID. If neither of the above options is possible, will be the reimbursement of the defective product.
- The material that exceeds the evidence of our technical service and its results contradict the description of its failure will be sent back to the client due to shipping and NO EVENT WILL BE PAID.
